It's fall now. This means many things:Things are slowing down. Day length is shortening considerably. Vegetables are getting sweeter due to cooler nights. At the farm we're considering sleeping a lot in the upcoming months and drinking lots of coffee by the fire. BUT! What it really means is that we have A LOT of food still:
